I read this book when I was in elementary school. I'm almost 50 now. I took my daughters to see the movie. There were tons of laughter and a few tears. It's so worth going to see.

Just a cute story of growing up in a much simpler time. While I am a male and can’t relate to everything Margaret went through, I can reminisce about growing up in the 70s and wish my daughters could have experienced that versus the “connected” ways of today.
