Sappy Ending, but decent

Great acting. I really felt the emotions of the characters. Runs on a bit long and I do feel like some of the plot arcs ran over each other but overall I enjoyed the film. Was nice to see the Native Americans’ plight portrayed as overall unjust and then the juxtaposition against American settlers and their losses. Bale should at least get an Oscar nod but I was absolutely here for Wes Studi!

Great movie slow at times, but I enjoyed it. Showed how hate can turn into friendship or understanding each other. Respect and then the surprising love story. Great movie
