It was a boring, meandering mess. I never cared much for any of the characters, and my wife and I left with 30 minutes remaining.

Mackey is really good, as is Curtis, but most of the other actors mail it in. They don't have a lot to work with as the story is very clunky. The mother's story, the husband, the cop who needed money, ect.. - were all off. Semi entertaining, but not worth the price of admission.

It's really beyond me why anyone wanted to tell THIS story. None of the characters are the least bit involving, the plot points all feel half cooked and lead nowhere. A real head scratcher and such a disappointment considering the cast.

Terrible waste of viewer's time. Albert Brook's screenplay was tedious Main character was obnoxious with a grating personality. Woody Harrelson did not even act. Wasted talent of Jamie Lee Curtis. Husband was a creep.Straight to the garbage bin.\r
