Excellent..real tear jerker

Very good movie bringing to light a very serious issue that I did not know was nearly as bad. Great acting from all parties, especially the cute little girl. No idea why it would be rated R though.

Such a powerful movie. Emotional,moving, with great acting throughout. Was really touched at the ending and would highly recommend it to others. Has an important message and a diverse cast. Very well done.

Blue Bayou is a heartwrenching drama Focusing on how the America government disregards and alienates immigrants that came\rto the U.S. in the 1970s with their families and grew up here. This is the only home that most of these people have ever known but our government rips them apart from their families and deports them to the country where they were born, a place they don't even know. It is so unfair. I was in tears by the end of the movie.
