The viewer was kept in the dark and confused, and it seemed for unneccessary. Especially based on the book's timeline/storyline. The climax was glossed over, which led me to feel like the whole movie was kind of boring. The acting was great, and I did laugh out loud a few times. Wouldn't see again, wouldn't reccomend

I enjoyed it. A little long for me.

The film does not strictly follow the typical story structure and feels a little long at times but very strong performances from the entire cast as well as some very poignant moments and a few surprises keep the film interesting and worth seeing.
