It was very fun and you really felt emerced in the world of the movie. The action scenes were really well done. I really enjoyed it!

Not only is the nostalgia superb but it also references more recent characters that are just great tidbits.

Great story, action, and special effects. Most of the deviations from the book were necessary to translate to the screen. Some parts may have been hard to follow for people who haven't read the book but not fatally so.

The movie had a great story-line and sound track!! I loved all of the beautiful digital effects in the film. My fiancé loved how it took all of these nostalgic movie/game references and blended them into one. He already said he's going to buy it once it's out on Blu-ray
