We loved the thought of a reimagined sequel and it seems as if this version was a mix of the stories from the first and second movies. It was predictable for us though new young movie goers most likely may not see what we could see ahead of time. We have watched a lot of horror movies since the early 70's and on. This version had a sprinkling of a supernatural feel to it with more action.

Sat pretty close and couldn't focus because the movie was too shaky.

Same flow of the original with a few answers and even more questions and speculations. Many nods to recent fads in the horror community and put a smile across the face of enthusiasts.

I was surprised to see Blair Witch used the same camera styles as the first movie. The public really seems to not enjoy shaky POV cameras. Also, we felt the story line was VERY weak and character development almost non-existent. There were plenty of loud noise scares, though. The audience seemed very disengaged from the movie BUT for the screening, everyone seemed to have a good time.
