It was sooooo good! I laughed and cried. Pure genius!!!

I watched this movie with my mom, dad, and brother, and we are all also Latino immigrants - although we’re very fortunate to have a very different story than what is pictured in the film. We loved how the movie flipped a lot of people’s expectations around immigrants, and the accuracy and honesty in the scenes around deportation and immigration were portrayed. We laughed and cried and had a great time! Thank you!

I really enjoyed this movie! It was very funny but also had moments of wake up calls- like what it’s like to be an immigrant in the USA. To me this movie was about acceptance, forgiveness, family and finding joy in life.
