Brilliant CGI and special effects. Great acting especially by Matt Damon. I was mostly very happy with the movie but it left out 3-4 major chapters in the book. The part about him getting lost on the way to the second launch site and his rover flipping over was completely eliminated from the movie.

I was not expecting it to be as good as it was. Will certainly recommend it to my friends. I really enjoyed it.
