Another historical piece that is appropriately slow-paced but very good content with excellent performances by our 2 leads, especially Henson who I wouldn't be surprised if mentioned in em snooty movie award shows cuz she was just awesome. Takes place in an era when U.S. racism is on the rise in its infant stages, for sake of a better way of saying it. Can't say this flick is for everyone, as it surprises even me that an action/sci-fi fan like myself can sit through this piece of art. The movie voids much of the violence that we've seen in past films, but we're left in anticipation during the story flow if things might just go down bad here. It's a story about a friendship that nobody saw coming with a heartwarming ending that tells about the real people Henson & Rockwell portrayed - absolute bonkers sweet.

The actors did a great job portraying the characters. Their story was one I had not heard before. It was both heart wrenching and hopeful. I appreciated the history and the way it was delivered. Well done!
