Was confused at how this show was run and thought my computer was doing something wrong. Would have helped if an explanation on how this would be run at the beginning.

I was really looking forward to see this movie - the trailer looked very interesting BUT after inputting the online access code the screen locked up\r- could not view the movie!!!!

Streamed audio-only. Was advised to restart laptop, and then not re-admitted.

I couldn't see it because the screen was very small on the mobile device. Couldn't watch full screen
