Was a little slow moving at times, but I found it really interesting to see how the four interacted with one another and how they felt about one another. Good drama.

Regina King's directional debut is fantastic, along with Kemp Powers' script being so well-written and powerful, that it left a big impact on me.\r\rThe four leads are incredible, ESPECIALLY Kingsley Ben-Adir as Malcolm X, and the dialogue from the script, is snappy and blunt (well, X is always blunt, lol). Even the plot synopsis is self-aware, that the discussions about racism, pleasing the white folk, and more, are still relevant to this day.

Great movie, but the anti-piracy badging in the middle of people's faces was extremely distracting and made it hard to fully appreciate the film. There are smarter ways of protecting a film these days than old school watermarks floating around on screen.
