The ending was too simple in comparison to what the curse did to the family. I thought there would more of a struggle in the final scene to get rid of the curse.

It was a nice surprise to find out that this was part of the conjuring universe. I'm such a conjuring fan....so there's a bit of bias in the score. While none of the movies have yet to be as great as the first conjuring, it was still a good movie. Nice jump scare but also a bit predictable.
