Intense and sad. Really well filmed (blessedly NOT in documentary style) with an excellent performance from Bradley Cooper as a regular guy who really believes in the imperative to serve.

This fast-paced and suspenseful movie depicts the war experience from the sniper's viewpoint as well as his problems to adjusting to civilian life. A good, while not extremely deep or critical movie.
