Move was more comical than scary. Story was weak, e.g., What parent would send her children to visit their never before met grandparents without at least showing them a photo. Interactions between the children were terrific.

Overall film is Good,however it lags in the middle because of the playfulness of the children. It makes for a fun horror movie but needs more work with the plot.

Typical BIG twist for any M. Night movie, but the twist wasn't as powerful as some of the ones he's had in the past. Thankfully he didn't cameo in it (not that I could tell), and I wasn't expecting it to be as funny as it was, more humor than thriller really, especially since all the frightening scenes were given away in the trailer, as usual these days....

I thought the movie was a mixture of clutch your throat suspense and hilarity. The grandchildren really made the film. I understood the reasoning behind the point of view filming style, but it was a little nauseating. I thought the end was fantastic.
