Good movie although jokes might have been too mature for kids to understand. Jokes referenced older generations.

I loved this movie. It was as funny as the first Lego Movie. The movie was enjoyed by the kids and the adults at the screening.

The LEGO Movie 2 was a satisfying follow up to the original. It built on all the positives from the first film without being too predictable. It did a nice job of mixing humor for the kids, jokes for the parents and relatable emotion. My five year old wanted to go home and watch it again. I will recommend this to anyone who asks, regardless of age. And tell them to stay for the enjoyable credits.

I loved the first Lego movie. The cliffhanger at the end definitely made me want to see the next one. This review is coming from a 20yo without children. I had a blast. I think the first one was a bit better, but this one totally holds its own. The kids in the audience seemed to enjoy it. I will say, there's more singing in this movie than I would prefer, mainly because the first didn't have it.
