I was 11 years old when the events depicted in this film occurred. Now almost 50 years later I'm surprised how backward our country was in my lifetime. That said, complaints & excuses used today ring hollow in context.

Amazing true Story, excellent acting by Henson & Rockwell. Fascinating story of how two strong opposing individuals come to agree on a highly debated racially charge issue.

It was funnier than expected. The story was a poignant one & maybe one just as relevant now as it was when it happened.

This was an INCREDIBLE story! It goes to show.... Communication means everything!!!! People get to see first hand... It doesn’t make sense to hate anybody you don’t know. Everybody has a story... and we all have more in common than you think!!! So many teachable moments in this film. A MUST SEE for sure!!! Bravo Ms Hensen & Mr. Rockwell !!!! :-)
