It was a well acted complex drama and for the right person I believe they would thoroughly enjoy it.

I enjoyed it however at times confusing so many twists and turns but I liked it.

General mainstream film with good actors. Some scenes done really well by the characters when they were young some plot lines a bit goofy. I might recommend it to some friends but wouldn't go see it again.

Excellent cinematography and some terrific scenes, but a bit confusing in places. A novel over 800 pages long is a lot to condense into 150 minutes.
