I felt like it has a really old school horror movie feel to it and thats why i loved it so much. The story was a little overboard for my taste and underdevelopped. That's where the movie lost most of its potential in my opinion.

I enjoyed it for the most part. Felt like there were opportunities for more scary scenes but they didn't take them. Either way, a good watch if you've been following the Conjuring series.

More of a Horror, Comedy then a real horror. In what felt to be a sped up "here's the killer, this is how they die, lets do it" there was no complex mystery, no mysterious killer, everything was laid out in front too easy to follow. In keeping with the conjuring series, this spin-off was a disappointment.

It's way too scary, being raised Catholic, makes it hard to watch
