The acting can't be topped. It has been a while since I've seen Colin Farrell and that was refreshing and Viola ,Duhh she is a Amazing. All the actors did their job well but the MOVIE... well the movie was lacking. The story line just could have been better. It was a bit scattered and frankly the movie could have ended in the first ten mins if the wife did what any normal person would have done!

The movie was too slow in parts developing connections of who was part of the gang in the beginning of the film and one of them they only show a glimpse of his back story.I do realize that trying to give women a stronger role in some action movies but you have to make it somewhat believable.

Get rid of the N-word that Robert Duvall's character uses - that was disgusting!! There was an audible gasp in the audience when that awful word was uttered! Besides that - it was a good film. The ending scene where Viola Davis's character walked out onto the sidewalk didn't make any sense to several people that I spoke to after the film. End it with the diner scene, it was visually well done.
