It was pretty good. Tine Fey was great in this type of movie. I was surprised that she was so likable. Movie was a bit too long for not being an epic type of movie. Unfortunately very predictable. Boyfriend cheating is so old and overused. Woman going up against and even blackmailing a foreign leader, is totally silly.

Good in that it's probably one of the first films to consider the war press' view and lifestyle. Previews wildly depict the film to be more of a lighthearted comedy with a narrative spin when it's more of a drama about a female reporter's struggle to advance in her career, taking a leap into war reporting.

It was very slow paced and predictable. The humor was dry and the movie was overall dismissible.

I don't know how true to life the movie is but I don't mind thinking that front line reporters live in a frat house.
