The Big short is marketed as a drama but in reality it is actually a docudrama. It is not your average type of film and consequently will not appeal to many filmgoers. It is a bit too much to expect that the average person could understand all the financial nuances presented on the screen.Great cast, especially superb performance by Steve Carell in a dramatic role.
