Fun to watch.

Fabulous movie! I'd learned so little about Marie Curie in chemistry and history courses. This film does a beautiful job of depicting her intensity, brilliance, passions, heartaches, unconventional life, and renewal after personal loss. The elements of art and spiritualism that swirled around the scientific community and the ramifications of her discovery provide both an interesting backdrop and sad foreshadowing. The actors' performances were excellent -- strong and sure without being melodramatic or overbearing. The musical score was moving but unobtrusive. I can't wait to see it again.

Very unusual presentation/docu-drama of a fascinating life. Miss Pike was excellent.
