Movie was amazing. I was a little worried it would be out of touch and unrelatable, but i thought i was amazingly made. I loved meeting the family through the film, even through the rich veil, it shows how close Chinese people are in terms of their traditions and culture. I would recommend this movie for everyone

It was one of those movies where you want it to succeed not just because you loved the book but because of its potential effect on the Asian representation in the entertainment industry. It wasn't just a good Asian movie, it was also a great movie that moved me to tears because of how much its themes resonated with me. They represented Asian cultures authentically with subtle and comedic grace.

Really fun and thoughtful rom com that stayed fairly true to the book. Can't wait to see China Rich Girlfriend and Rich People Problems in theaters soon!
