This is a great exploration of the devolving psyche after trauma and loss. It's dark. clever and heart wrenching. At the same time, the glimmers of laughter offer hope for the main character leading to an end starkly brutal and satisfying.

Very different and unique premise with sad ending.

A 90's style romp that leads us to think about our collective actions in the shadows, PROMISING YOUNG WOMAN, is fantastic.
