The visuals were beautiful. Creature design amazing. 3D was very good. Enjoyed the main actors. Clive Owen over the top, the plot was kind of eh and felt forced with the whole immigration side plot with bubbles and the whites destroying natives scenario. I can only grade it a B. I was planning to see it again but I think a single viewing will suffice now.

It was a great film very imaginative daring took a lot of chances and wasn't afraid to do things by its own rules. With that being said I feel the biggest misstep this film took was casting the two main lead roles.I don't feel that the main actor was the right type of person to convey the character he was trying to convey and at times their relationship just felt flat or forced the humor wasn't well-executed on their part either.Overall a pretty good film visually breathtaking I just feel had they had two different actors the film would have been a lot better.

Absolutely gorgeous. Very immersive world and just testament of Luc Besson's cracked out genius. I sadly just wish the leads could follow suit. Not much chemistry at all to speak of, and their love story felt so out of place and caused the movie to be paced very oddly. Worth viewing in 3D on the largest screen possible for sure, but it could have been even better.

Overall, a good film with a few minor nitpicks here and there. Visually, what Luc Besson has created is just stunning! The world building in this film was just incredible and a lot of creativity comes through. In my opinion, I think the film would have been better with older or more seasoned actors. However, Dane Dehaan and Cara Delevingne did do a great job in their roles, so I have to give credit where credit is due. Solid film and definitely will recommend to a friend.
