Didn't like it

Didn't get to see movie, won the opportunity to see it a day prior.The difficulty of figuring out 'how' to watch on TV was-Massive. Contacted email address given for questions (did not want to watch on my phone/or computer.) They sent an attachment- NO HELP AT ALL! I sent Another message a day prior & the morning of screening-NO response.)We never watched the preview. Basically,if you are not Tech savvy-it's a no-go. I plan on watching via my Amazon Prime.
