I'm very far left politically, and this played everything weirdly safe for the point it was trying to make. Every single character except Mindy Kaling was repulsively unlikable. Also it was boring and the jokes weren't funny which is a bummer because I really like both Mindy and Emma.

It was just ok. C rated movie. Would not pay to see it.

I only recommend it because I truly like Emma Thompson and Mindy Kaling. But the movie itself was only so-so. It had funny parts, but not enough. And it kind of dragged in the middle. I was disappointed. :(

The jokes were dry. For a movie with female-led cast there were a lot of dad-jokes that only a lame-herd would love. 2 Thumbs Down!
