This is a very important film and simply must be seen by as many US residents as possible. We must learn from these barbaric episodes, that sadly including many others before and after those depicted here.

Best film. I was captivated and moved, it's a story that needed to be told. I couldn't look away for a moment and I can't wait to see it again.

One of the most powerful films I have ever seen. It is so difficult to believe that our government allowed this kind of behavior on the part of the military. In The Mauritanian's case, all based on a single phone call from a bad man's telephone. Pair this with Trump's four years in office and the occurrences and sentiments expressed since the November election and we have a serious crack in America's soul that will take another lifetime or two to repair.
