I most certainly loved Doctor Sleep 'cause it explained what his Shining is and that there are others and he learns how to use his gift. I love this film and plan on seeing it again at my own cost and I am planning on buying when it comes out on dvd/br. If you are a Stephen King Fan then this is a movie you should see. Thank You.

It was technically well made and superbly showcased terrific performances from the cast. Nice to see fellow Canadian Jacob Tremblay deliver an unforgettable performance in his short scene (albeit horrifying). However, I wouldn’t say this film is scary.

Not very scary but quite the thriller.

A good film and a worthy follow-up to The Shining. Worth the admission and time.While it is not as good as the original novels, it is extremely rare that any film meets or surpasses its novel origins.
