I think it’s been a little too much time and character development. I felt it was confusing at times about halfway through. I felt like writing it off as another alien movie using a lot of the same plot twist the 30 minute countdown killing off minorities quickly, etc. the last half after the arc seem to have been, the better half for me it brought the grade from a C to a B In my opinion. It was an amazing watch! Gripping and terrifying at the same time!

Alien: Romulus is a fun thrill ride from start to finish. It is a throwback to the original films, albeit with a new cast of young actors. The standout is definitely Cailee Spaeny, who lights up the screen with her strength and energy.
