Good movie. The plot was simple with a positive message but had really funny lines that were pretty memorable. There were 1 or 2 emotional moments that were corny, but the rest were heartfelt. Ice Cube plays a serious good guy role and the performance lacks compared to what he's capable of when playing a badass or sarcastic funny man. Nicki Minaj did a really great job. JB Smoove was my highlight.
