Was a bit long but better than I thought

An entertaining movie. I learned some history that I wasn't aware of. The performances were very good.

A very long movie but it was important to show the injustices of the times, I really enjoyed though it was very heartbreaking at times.

A powerful historical movie which doesn't shield the audience from the messiness and cruelty of civil war. The protagonist is as unflinching as this movie.
