very hood and also funny in a weird sort of way. emma played as the only english woman on late nigh for close to 30 years. new boss wants to replace her so mindy is hired cuz emma never had a woman work for her before. although its basically all all male staff and mindy never worked in the industry she stands up and help emma bring up the ratings and saves the show

Surprisingly funny. Emma Thompson's character is fantastic and the acting is perfect!! Would definitely watch again.
