The beginning threw me off a little bit because I thought it might be a straight musical (where all of the dialogue was set to music). The acting was absolutely phenomenal. It reminded me of Bohemian Rhapsody in that the lead is an iconic singer with personal struggles that are rarely discussed in public. I enjoyed the music and the flow of the movie. Would definitely recommend it to others.

I loved this movie and think everyone should go see it. I had no idea his life was so heartbreaking!While not exactly factual nor in sequence, it shows the essence of Elton John's life.Everyone will be singing along, dancing in their seat or nodding their head to his many hits. What is accurate is the recreation of his clothing and costumes as shown in a sequence at end of movie.
