It wasn’t bad, wasn’t good. Typical wes Anderson pretentiousness. A lot of stereotypes which gave it a complete whitewash.

Art work was charming but the story and characters were all too dead pan. The ending did not make sense

Surprisingly long for an animated film so not suitable for younger children. Lots of meticulous, visual detail but lacked emotional connection to the audience. Wished there had been more subtitling, as missed out on some of the minor conversations & finer details. Interesting story but dragged in long scenes without dialogue or translation.
