In a year of film that has barely been relevant or had a purpose whatsoever, RADIOACTIVE has all the elements of a proper production. It was an inviting, investing tale of Marie Curie, a woman whose story I partially knew prior to this film. The ensemble including Rosamund Pike, Sam Riley, and Anya Taylor-Joy makes for some of the best casting in a film I've seen in recent memory. Film is a medium where a lack of explanation is to be expected and where visuals are king. RADIOACTIVE is a feast for those who admire visual storytelling. I would definitely watch RADIOACTIVE once more if possible.

An excellent exploration of the life and work of Marie Curie! While the artistic choice to overlay visual effects and dreamlike sequences conveys the physical process of radiation and its implications through time, these sequences also sometimes detracted from the overall message. Additionally, the continual shifts in time made it difficult to track the progression of Marie and Pierre's early relationship and work. Nevertheless, the film was a joy to watch! My only real complaint is that the sex scene was unnecessary and out-of-tone with the rest of the film.

This is usually not my type of movie, but it was interesting.

Very educational. Got straight to the point, did not drag out.
