I'm in the Mortgage industry and found this movie very interesting. However, there were some spots that seemed to drag on too long and could have been cut from the film. Perhaps a little more use of laymans terms to help people who are not in the industry understand exactly what everything means. Overall a good watch but a little too lengthy.

I liked the movie very much-it was very well put together and informative. Although there was a lot of information that had to be conveyed to the audience, it was done in a fun and entertaining manner that did not make it dry nor boring.

les acteurs sont très bons dans leurs rôles mais le scénario est compréhensible par les gens habitués à la bourse à cause des termes utilisés car il n'est pas vulgarisé ou explicatif afin de faciliter la compréhension des néophites.Les effetes de caméra sont parfois aussi fatigants mais bon films dans l'ensemble si on connait ce qui s'est passé lors du vrai crash survenu à la bourse.

It was a good movie, very educational, it explains the housing crash of 2008. I like how the movie use actors like Salena Gomez to explain the more difficult concepts. A few of the scenes were heartbreaking. It was a good movie, I enjoyed myself.
