The animation and themes are well thought out. The content is quite dark at times but it makes you think.

Story was so so. Music was nice.

The distinct visual style and dialogue were consistent with Wes Anderson’s past films. However, the narrative seemed to suffer to uphold and excentuate the style. Many moments were held still for the visuals to take centre stage but this only made the film feel much longer than it was and never seemed to be motivated by any narrative feature.
