Even if you are not a crazy car or racing fan (I am neither), this movie is just. . .likeable. Entertaining. Yes, it's a story about Ford taking on Ferrari in designing a racing car that can withstand the rigors of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. But it's also a story about perseverance, about loyalty and about enduring friendship. Just under 2 1/2 hours, and it never dragged.

This is without a doubt one of the best films of the year. Terrific pacing, along with two stellar performances from Damon and Bale. The direction by Mangold also cements him as one of the greats as this is a for sure film for the Oscar 2020 race. Go see it!

This movie was fabulous! I was funny and touching. I could have done without the last scene as it felt like a complete movie before that scene.
