Humor : There was good humor. The humor content alone can support the film get through to the audience.Action : Some good sequences but nothing worth making a note of.Storyline: Starts off well, looses traction later on. Cinematography; Appealing visual effects through most of the movie, with a spine chilling drop towards the last few scenes.Direction: Not bad.

Movie was disappointing. Marvel keeps releasing movies that are attempting to be too funny rather than being anything else. On top of that, the action sequences between Spider-Man and the vulture were a big letdown. There was other reasons the movie was disappointing but Sony should have just made this movie themselves without marvel/Disney involvement.

the movie had some good parts but it also had some bad parts i really did like the movie because peter parker should have became an avenger at the end he shold have told tony stark let me finish hiigh school first
