It was a fun time

It was a nice lil hor-com movie.

I would only recommend it with the caveat that it is a very cheesy horror flick, albeit with great 80s references and a good soundtrack. Definitely couldn't watch it expecting great acting or plot, but it was entertaining.\r\rThanks for the early screening!

I feel like the first act was a tad rushed, as if character time was cut out, we do get the gist of their relationship, but i think i would have helped the film. And despite the two main actors delivering good performances, the surrounding cast feel too caricatured & somewhat unlikeable for the film's own good; the writing, while not terrible, feels a bit stilted. Aesthetically it does give off 80s vibe, if anything tonally it does feel like an R rated version of Teen Witch, and the horror elements do work, but the film feels like it's fighting between the two rather than melding them.
