Very good character study film. Definitely unsettling with a bit too much bleakness. Final act is very strong. Without out Joker being over the top/Batman being around, it make the joker a real, mentally ill person that turns to violence.

For adults due to subject matter of bullying and abuse let alone mental health issues

Joaquin Phoenix's performance was flawless . At first it was sad than it became angry , by the end i couldn't help but to root for for him, but most of all i understood him.
