I thought it was very good over all. I would watch it again and recommend it.

The foreigner delivered great suspense and action right from the start. Jackie Chan delivered a convincing character performance of a grieving father who has lived a life of hardship. There are moments of light hearted laughs with Chan's character insisting that his opposition just give him the names he's looking for. I did figure out how the movie was going to end about half way through which took a little of the intensity out of the experience. The audience seemed displeased with the scene with the "sleeping" dog. It didn't seem necessary. If you are looking for a political thriller, this is not the movie for you .. but if you are a fan of Jackie Chan, then you will love it. Good to see Jackie Chan back on the silver screen.

This was a great action movie! I would recommend it. Easy to understand plot suspenseful. Jackie Chan did a great job! Best action movie I have seen in a while.
