"Hidden Figures" deserves the top rating, 5 Stars! This movie was expertly done. It relayed historical events and captured the racial prejudice and discrimination toward Black persons faced in a realistic manner. Most important was that it depicted the courage, brilliance, strength and determination of these highly intelligent and skilled women, in spite of the obstacles they faced.

Great feel good movie. Nice blend of history of the space program and of civil rights.

Just saw Hidden Figures and it really was excellent. Hard to believe that that story has not been told before now. I wouldn't be shocked if Hidden Figures gets 1 of the 10 Oscars best picture nominations, though don't think its a dark horse it is to win. Taraja P Henson will probably get best actress nominatio, but between Moodlight & Hidden Figures Janelle Monáe may be breakout actress of 2016.
