I liked it in general. It was a story different than other stories typically depicted in movies. It had enough suspense and action to keep me interested. There was somewhat of a desire to know more about the background of what started all of the problems, but the mystery of it all made it quirky, which I liked. I thought the acting and dialogue were good.

The movie is suspenseful and mysterious. It is an empowering movie about a mother's love and her conviction to survive. The actors are great and I enjoyed the twists and turns of the plot. I still have questions about Eddie though and the movie seemed a bit slow at times. Overall, I would recommend this movie to my friends and family.

What I liked: The story is unique and I really thought the production did well with the 70's-period sets/style. I also really enjoyed every casting choice as every actor played their part extremely well and were believable. Great screenplay.\r\rWhat I didn't like: The pace of the film. It is too slow. You could easily cut out 30-45 minutes during the first half of the film. The suspense did not even begin to build until the remaining 30-35 minutes of the movie. Some scenes were just too drawn out and needed to be shortened. Essentially, trim the fat of this film.

I thought it was a very interesting twist to look at a life of crime through a wife, not clue less but ignorant about the depth of her husband‘s character. It was aloe but not boring and interesting twist when she met Jimmy’s first wife and learned more about her husband. Some of it was a little hard to track at the end with the blowout in the disco, and who is after her and why. We don’t know who killed Jimmy. We don’t know why Jimmy killed his boss. So a little bit messy, but it was a fresh approach. I really like the actress who also plays the marvelous Mrs. Maisel. Would recommend it.
