Not as good as Godzilla: King of the Monsters, but about as good as Kong Skull Island.

Recommend for Godzilla and/or Kong fans. It was confusing in the Anartica scene. It appeared Kong and the others went through a series of tunnels to get to Hollow Earth. However, the fact that Hollow Earth linked back to Hong Kong was a disconnect in the storyline.

It's an improvement over the last Godzilla movie, the cinematography captured really good angles of the fight sequences. The Mechagodzilla final battle felt very anti-climatic, I was hoping we would get more Mechagodzilla. The deaf girl subplot was interesting during the first act but got pushed aside during the third act. I believe Zack Snyder's Justice League had better villains than this.

Good action and special effects but so so plot.
