it's like eating something very sweet and then biting into something sour. You keep eating, but have a bit of a sour taste. I am not happy with the casting or portrayal of some characters. Mary Jane in particular. The actress is more than capable to be her, the portrayal is not the character. Also, not kid friendly. Too much language and innuendo. I teach high school and the portrayals of "teenagers" is shallow and debasing. They have more depth. This is a disingenuous reflection.

I don't like the opening, viewed through Peter Parkers phone. For a few minutes I was hesitant the whole thing was going to be like that. Michael Keeten made a really great villain. It was better than I expected it to be. Overall I liked it. Thank you for the opportunity to view it.

Hard to follow. Need the old spiderman back.

I liked the movie but thought it was Marvel Comics version of Disney's High School Musical. I know it was well received by the audience but couldn't believe how grown men were so amused at this movie. I guess it had a little of everything for everyone. It was too high school oriented. I'm sure the story could have emphasized less school life and more learning Spider-Man things and tricks. It will be a hit with 7 year olds and up as it was clean and interesting for the younger kids.
