Very well performed by all the actors. Of course Regina King showed her skills and talents that we were all expecting. This was a great story to add to the history of these men who were ready and did defy society at that time. This story showed empowerment of collective thought and feeling about a country that didn’t recognize their value. And just maybe because of this meeting these men have left a legacy that is beyond immeasurable standards.

It was very entertaining and has a great sound track.

The acting performances were top notch. It definitely feels like a play. A bit stagnant in parts but overall, I really enjoyed it. Big fan of Regina King- hope she continues to direct more. What a slice of history.
