Excellent film for the whole family. Harrison Ford is very believable in the film although the dog Buck is the real star.Thoroughly enjoyable.

It was a cute movie.

This family-friendly tale strikes a balance between humour and adventure, and focuses on rising up to the challenge of finding new grounds. While chock full of whimsical moments, it doesn’t quite deliver the adventure I was hoping for. The main players fall into an oversimplified black/white-good/evil character ark. While having plenty of bark, this movie doesn’t have the bite I expected.

I was not expecting CGI dogs... But, the story was intriguing, and the scenery less bleak than anticipated. Overall, it was an ok movie that kids will enjoy.
